Huddle Leaders are the heartbeat of FCA Camp! These high-impact leaders dive into camp, walking alongside campers and fueling their growth in both faith and sport. From huddles to daily challenges, they’re in the action—cheering, guiding, and encouraging every step of the way. Each Huddle Leader is carefully chosen through a detailed application process, which includes a background check for those 18 and older. Before Camp kicks off, they’re equipped through intentional training that prepares them spiritually and practically to lead with confidence, passion, and excellence.

FCA Camp is fueled by passionate leaders who serve as coaches, speakers, worship leaders, athletic trainers, and more. FCA staff and volunteers are trained to step into these roles with purpose and excellence, creating an unforgettable experience for every camper. Each volunteer is carefully selected through a thorough application process, including a background check for those 18 and older. Our leaders are equipped and trained to serve with integrity, lead with confidence, and point athletes toward Christ in every moment of Camp.
